Your Journey to Optimal Health & Vitality Starts Here
My connection to chiropractic began long before I ever imagined it would become my career. As a child, I was diagnosed with scoliosis, and doctors recommended placing surgical rods in my spine. Before pursuing that path, my mother decided that we should “try chiropractic.”
I still have fond and vivid memories of visiting the chiropractor. Those early experiences introduced me to a different way of thinking about the body and its ability to function, adapt, and heal. Chiropractic care made a lasting impression on me, although I did not yet realize how significantly it would shape my future.
After graduating from high school, I began working for a chiropractor in Metairie, Louisiana. Recognizing my interest in patient care and the profession, he encouraged me to pursue a career in chiropractic. That encouragement helped turn a deeply personal experience into a calling.
I graduated from Parker College of Chiropractic in 2001 and began my career in the Oklahoma City area, working with Chappell Chiropractic, The Accident and Trauma Center, and the University of Central Oklahoma Athletic Department. These experiences gave me a strong foundation in caring for patients with musculoskeletal conditions, accident-related injuries, and sports injuries. I later returned to Texas and served as the clinic director for Texas Complete Care in Garland.
After practicing in San Francisco for three years, I returned to the Dallas–Fort Worth area to be closer to my family. I joined Aspire Health Clinic before opening Back to Health Chiropractic Clinic in February 2010. As the needs of our patients grew, so did my vision for the practice. What began as a chiropractic clinic has evolved into Back to Health Physical Medicine, an integrated practice that brings multiple services together to address the whole person—not simply the symptoms that brought them through our doors.
Since 2015, I have practiced at our current location on Rambler Road in Dallas. Nearly 25 years after graduating from chiropractic school, I remain passionate about helping people move better, feel better, and return to the activities that matter most to them. My own experience taught me the importance of exploring options, understanding the underlying cause of a problem, and giving the body the support it needs.
That experience continues to guide the mission of Back to Health Physical Medicine: to help as many people as possible live happy, healthy, pain-free lives without unnecessary drugs or surgery.
"The modern healthcare system has failed so many and left them believing they will never be healthy again. Back to Health Physical Medicine was founded to show everyone what's truly possible with their health and vitality."
