At Back to Health Physical Medicine, our goal is to make optimal health and living with immense vitality a reality for everyone. Originating from chiropractic roots, we've evolved into a full-scale facility at the forefront of health innovations.

Here, you'll discover what's truly possible with your health — combining the latest in biohacking technologies with the newest regenerative treatments like PRP injections and exosome therapy.

Dr. Kristi Farrell graduated from Parker College of Chiropractic in 2001. Before opening a practice in San Francisco, she served as an associate chiropractor in the Oklahoma City area for Chappell Chiropractic, The Accident and Trauma Center and the UCO Athletic Department where she gained experience in treating sports injuries. From there, she moved on to become the clinic director for Texas Complete Care in Garland, TX. After 3 years of practice in San Francisco, she returned to the DFW area to be closer to family and joined the team at Aspire Health Clinic before opening Back to Health Chiropractic Clinic in February of 2010 where she helps patients achieve their health and wellness goals. Back to Health is located on North Central Expressway between Park Lane and Walnut Hill Lane.

Dr. Kenneth E. Baird is a family medicine doctor in Carrollton, Texas. He received his medical degree from Oral Roberts University School of Medicine and has been in practice for more than 20 years. He has expertise in treating hypertension & high blood pressure, bronchitis, diabetes, and other conditions.

Licensed Massage Therapist

Mitsu has been a LMT in chiropractic and physical therapy clinics for 10 years. He is passionate about helping people recover from injury and align with their divine health, while working with a vibrant team of complimentary providers and staff. His style of massage/bodywork is a blend of Thai massage, acupressure, & myofascial release. His hobbies include gardening, calisthenics, video games, travel, and good food with good people.
