Do I need to be a chiropractic patient to book a massage?
No. You may schedule massage therapy directly with Back to Health Physical Medicine. Massage is available as a stand-alone service.
What types of massage do you offer?
Therapeutic massage, deep tissue massage, myofascial release, sports and recovery massage, focused neck/shoulder/back work, and Thai-inspired techniques.
How long are massage appointments?
Session lengths vary by availability and what your body needs. Our front desk will review current options with you when you book — call (214) 361-9355 if you'd like to confirm before scheduling.
What should I wear?
Wear whatever is comfortable. Your therapist will explain draping and positioning, and some techniques such as Thai-inspired bodywork are performed with loose clothing on.
Is therapeutic massage painful?
It shouldn't be. Deeper work can feel like firm, productive pressure, but your therapist adjusts to your comfort level throughout the session.
Can I request lighter or deeper pressure?
Yes. Pressure is always adjustable — tell your therapist at any point and they will adapt.
Who will perform my massage?
A Licensed Massage Therapist on our team — Mitsu Kubo, LMT or Leisa Pimm, LMT. You may request a preferred therapist when you book.
Where is Back to Health Physical Medicine located?
7557 Rambler Road #720, Dallas, TX 75231 — convenient to North Dallas, Preston Hollow, Lake Highlands, Park Cities, and Richardson.
How do I receive the $20 first massage discount?
Book your first massage through this page or mention the new massage client special when you call. The discount is applied to your first massage visit for new massage clients.
Can I schedule regular massage appointments?
Yes. Many patients book massage on a recurring basis as part of their recovery or wellness routine. Ask your therapist about a schedule that fits your goals.
